Shipping Processing Rates
Rates will be disclosed for your order during the checkout process. All retail shipping is handled via the USPS and we apply any handling fees in the cost of the disclosed shipping.
Shipping Processing Time
Any order made Monday – Friday before 5 pm will be processed that day. Orders after 5 pm will be processed the following day. Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed within 24 hours and we will notify you if there are any expected delays.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail and USPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to update your tracking number. You can also log in to your account and navigate to “My Orders” to view the status and tracking number.
We do ship outside of the US. If during the checkout process if you are prompted with “no shipping options available” – let us know via our contact page or the #coffee channel in our discord community and we will add your country as quickly as possible.
