Original Light
Our flagship blend is the Reforge Light. The light roast is a low acidic custom blend of Citrus, Milk, Chocolate, and Cream with Honey undertones and a smooth finish that’s perfect for any coffee drinker! These coffees were first planted in the 18th century in the fertile highlands of South America.
CITY+ PROFILE
A City+ profile coffee refers to a medium roast coffee roasted longer than a City roast, but not as long as a Full City roast. This roast level creates a balanced and light-bodied coffee with normally a relatively high level of acidity. What sets our Light Roast apart is its BALANCED ACIDITY.
MULTI ORIGIN
A blend of coffee beans from various South American regions, this multi-origin coffee offers a distinctive flavor profile that reflects the diverse traits of each bean. Compared to single-origin coffees, multi-origin coffees tend to have more complexity and subtlety in their taste.
HIGH ALTITUDE
High-altitude coffee is coffee grown at high altitudes, typically over 1200M The thinner air and lower temperatures cause plants to grow slower, which gives the beans more time to develop flavor while allowing the beans to retain natural oils and flavors making them fruitier and sweeter.
RESPONSIBLY SOURCED
Responsibly sourced coffee is grown and sold in adherence to a credible sourcing program. The sourcing program measures farms against economic, social, and environmental criteria, to promote transparent, profitable, and sustainable growing practices protecting the well-being of coffee farmers, workers and their communities.
100% ARABICA
100% Arabica coffee is coffee that is made entirely from the Arabica coffee bean. Arabica beans are generally considered to produce better-tasting coffee than Robusta beans, which are cheaper and easier to grow. The label describes the factual composition of the bag, which does not contain any Robusta.
CUSTOM BLEND
A hand-crafted custom blend coffee is a personalized combination of coffee beans that creates a unique and distinctive flavor profile. This allows us to select and blend the beans based on their country of origin and/or region. The final result is a blend that is customized to our taste, roast, and acidic preferences.
EXOTIC FARM
Coffee grown in unique and unusual locations, such as remote regions or high-altitude farms, is called exotic farm location coffee. These locations often give rise to coffee with complex and distinct flavor profiles that differ from those of more common coffee-growing regions.
ARTISAN ROASTED
Artisan-roasted coffee is coffee that is roasted in small batches usually by hand by hand, using specialized techniques to produce a unique flavor profile. It is typically associated with specialty-grade coffee and is of higher quality than the usual coffee roasting method types.
SPEACIALTY GRADE
Specialty-grade coffee is the highest quality coffee that meets strict standards. This grade of coffee is only 3% of the global coffee yield. This coffee variety thrives in high-altitude regions. It has no flaws and boasts distinctive qualities in flavor, scent, sourness, and texture.
