We want you to LOVE Reforge Roast! We will make every effort to ensure your order is exactly what you expected it to be. In the case that it isn’t will work towards an amicable solution. If you have a damaged bag let us know immediately (take pictures!) via our Contact page or our discord community in the #coffee channel. We of course due to the consumable nature of the coffee do not accept returns of any kind but if within 15 days of receipt of your order we will refund/credit/replace in full or partially to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. This case-by-case basis will be applied to shipping issues such as delays on our behalf or damages beyond your control. Simply not liking the product – while heartbreaking to us – is not a refundable situation.

The accessories are handled by a third party and we will work diligently with them to avoid any issues but should any arise will assess each incident on a case-by-case basis and issue full or partial refunds accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
